• Account Data: When you register or sign in (via Email/Password or Google Authentication), we collect your email address, full name, and profile credentials.
• QR Code Design Configurations: Any target data you input to generate QR codes (including website URLs, plain text, email messages, phone numbers, WiFi network credentials, location coordinates, and custom business card fields for vCards).
  *Note: Ededin QR Gen creates 100% static QR codes. The destination URL or message is baked directly into the visual pattern. We store your design configurations solely for your dashboard convenience so you can review your history or download files; however, we do not operate redirect servers, and once a static QR code is printed, its target destination cannot be edited.
• Custom Assets: Brand images or logo files you upload for overlay styling onto your QR codes.
• Creator Generation Data: We collect aggregate generation data (such as the number of custom designs saved and file downloads completed) to provide creator statistics on your dashboard. We do not track the individual end-users scanning your printed QR codes, nor do we collect their IP addresses, locations, or browser user-agents.

3. How We Use Your Information

We utilize the collected data strictly for the following purposes:

• To manage your custom designs and render your user creation workspace.
• To store, update, and retrieve your custom configurations securely.
• To offer aggregate generation history and file download count analytics.
• To maintain secure authentication states, preventing unauthorized editing or deletions of saved templates.

4. Storage and Security

Your data is processed securely through encrypted third-party authentication services and stored in secure cloud databases. In addition, we utilize the browser's local storage to cache guest sessions, local configurations, and authentication tokens for a smoother editing experience.

We employ industry-standard safety practices to safeguard your database records. However, no database over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, lease, or trade your personal information or custom configurations to third parties. We only share information with third-party infrastructure providers (such as our third-party hosting, database, and authentication service providers) to provide hosting, storage, and authentication services necessary to operate Ededin QR Gen.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access or delete any of your saved QR code designs at any time directly through your creation workspace. Please note that deleting a saved design from your dashboard does not disable or change the printed static QR code, as it operates completely independently of our servers. If you wish to delete your account entirely, you may contact support.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect modifications in our services or security practices. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised version on this page and updating the effective date.
