1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ededin QR Gen ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Ededin QR Gen provides design tools for creators to customize, style, and download QR codes. The QR codes generated through our platform are **100% static** (meaning your target URL or data is encoded directly into the pattern).

Because the QR codes are static, they do not rely on Ededin's servers to function once downloaded, do not carry scan limits, and never expire. Consequently, **once a QR code is generated and downloaded/printed, its target destination or encoded content cannot be edited, redirected, or altered.**

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from generating QR codes that link to:

• Phishing schemes, spoofed login interfaces, or social engineering pages.
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, or any software designed to harm devices.
• Illicit materials, unauthorized copyright infringements, or hate speech.
• Any pages violating local, state, national, or international regulations.

We reserve the right to delete saved design templates from your dashboard or restrict service access for any user found in violation of these acceptable use policies.

4. Custom Uploaded Assets

If you upload logos or branding images to overlay on your generated QR codes, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licensing rights to use these assets. Ededin claims no ownership over your uploaded logos. You agree to indemnify Ededin from any third-party copyright claims relating to your uploaded files.

5. Intellectual Property

The Ededin QR Gen application interface, templates, layout graphics, custom CSS styling, and functional code are the exclusive intellectual property of Ededin. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or clone the application without explicit authorization.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Ededin makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Scan readability can vary based on custom color contrasts, sizing, and logo overlays applied by the user, and is the sole responsibility of the creator.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ededin or its team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business disruptions) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the generated QR codes.

Because generated codes are static and resolve directly to your destination, they do not rely on Ededin servers, and we have no control over or liability for the uptime, security, or contents of your target destination links.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be resolved in courts of appropriate jurisdiction.
